Are there ever fees for clients?
Xpert Fitness is free for clients. There are never any fees for clients to search our site or contact fitness professionals. Simply pay the fitness professional for their services.

What happens when I submit a request for service?
If you submit a request for service to a single fitness professional, we'll send your message directly to that professional. You also have the option to send your request to additional fitness professionals in your area that meet your search criteria.
Once you submit a request, our team members review your job and match you with the professionals we believe are best able to meet your needs. The fitness professional(s) will receive your information and reach out to you either by email or by phone. We give you the option to provide your phone number when you create your profile or you can include it in your request itself.

How does Xpert Fitness find its fitness professionals?
We reach out to high quality fitness professionals who we believe our customers will want to use and ask them to join our community. Fitness professionals also recommend Xpert Fitness to their peers, who come to us and request to join.

Where does Xpert Fitness operate?
Xpert Fitness has fitness professionals located across the United States, in all 50 states.

Why doesn't Xpert Fitness operate outside the U.S.?
It's important that Xpert Fitness has a sufficient number of fitness professionals in each location to serve its customers' requests. Right now, we are focused on the U.S. market. If you are interested in having Xpert Fitness near you, let us know!
